Learning & care
Growth and development
Supporting each child’s communication, confidence, movement and thinking.

Every child develops in their own way. Our practitioners build a detailed picture of each child through close relationships, everyday observation and regular conversation with families.
A key person who knows your child
A named Key Person helps your child settle, builds a secure relationship and becomes a familiar point of contact for your family. They follow your child’s interests, celebrate progress and plan experiences that support appropriate next steps.
Observe, understand and support
- Notice learning in natural play and daily routines
- Consider progress across all areas of learning
- Plan experiences around interests and emerging skills
- Share meaningful updates with parents and carers
- Identify early when additional support may be helpful
Working together
What you tell us about home is an important part of the picture. We welcome updates about new words, interests, routines and achievements, and share practical ideas that can be enjoyed without turning home life into a lesson.
