Can I purchase extra hours rather than a whole session?

Yes. Fees are charged both by the session and by the hour, giving families flexibility to arrange care around their needs.

How many sessions must I book per week?

Children are required to attend a minimum of two sessions per week across at least two days, which helps them settle. Priority is given to families requiring full-time places.

What happens if my child is ill or we take a holiday?

Fees continue to apply during periods of absence. For a prolonged absence, a 50% retainer may apply at the Nursery Manager or Director’s discretion.

Do I pay if the nursery is closed?

Bank holidays and INSET training days are charged as normal nursery days. No fees are charged during the four weeks each year when the nursery is closed.

What happens if I need to change my sessions?

Ideally, changes should begin with a new term. Please give at least four weeks’ notice. If you need a mid-term change, contact the nursery office and we will see whether it can be accommodated.

What happens if I collect late?

Please collect promptly. A fee of £10 per 15 minutes may be charged because two members of staff are required to remain on site with your child.

Can I drop my child off before 8am?

No. Our Ofsted registration and insurance cover nursery attendance from 8am, so children cannot be admitted before then.

Are all meals included in the fees?

Snacks and drinks are included. Cooked lunches, breakfast and tea are charged separately because some children bring a packed lunch.
