We use clear, consistent strategies for behaviour management and teach children to resolve difficulties through verbal negotiation. Aggression towards other children is not acceptable; every child must feel safe at nursery.

Our trained staff respond sensitively and in a way that matches each child’s level of understanding. Sharing, taking turns and communicating clearly are acquired skills, so practitioners help children understand why behaviour is unacceptable, step away from difficult situations and choose a more positive activity.
