Authorised adults only
Your child will only be released to you or another named person. This applies to all relatives and family friends.
Tell us about changes
If somebody else will collect your child, let us know in advance. We may ask them for a chosen password to confirm their identity.
Arriving and leaving
Please always sign your child in and out. Collect promptly at the end of their session or day so that staffing arrangements remain safe and predictable.
Late collection: a fee of £10 per 15 minutes may be charged to cover the two members of staff required to remain on site with your child.
